360 LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE ASSESSMENTS
BCI conducts customized assessments to identify important strengths and critical areas for improvement within our clients' current organizational environment. Using a qualitative, T-sort methodology, we capture important 360 feedback unique to a given leader or leadership team, as well as identifying roadblocks to achieving success. This method allows us to target attributes shown to be important for successful leadership and organizational health, as well as those unique to the specific environment of the client organization. While maintaining confidentiality of specific respondents, we are able to create a report with specific findings from the data and clear recommendations for positive change.
RETREAT AND STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT FACILITATION
We believe organizational health requires an aligned leadership team. To that end, BCI facilitates meetings and retreats focused on alignment around critical issues related to what an organization does and, more importantly, how and why they do it.
